Wrote the federal grant for Geary County, Kansas that was awarded in July 2016 for 7.5 million dollars. Provided leadership and organizational training for the Geary County Head Start Advisory Team.

CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC was an independent contractor to Third River Partners to help lead the change management and leadership training program to Fresenius Kidney Care North America, beginning with the leadership team training, and continuing with delivery of a nation-wide roll-out at various levels including VP’s. Directors, and Clinical Management Team.

Assist nonprofit boards in Letter of Nonprofit Designation and tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. Provide leadership training for directors in servant leadership, organizational capacity building, change management and coaching.

Provide and evaluate Servant-Leadership training and courses to the managers and assistant managers for the 31-branch library system and DEI training and development to MCPL’s Diversity Council.

Designed and launched an Online leadership academy for new and seasoned teams, leaders, and managers that can be found at www.cjdservantleadeship.academy.
